The pump uses variable frequency motor to change the flow and head by adjusting the frequency to meet the needs of different working conditions. When the motor speed changes in the range of 1000~1650r/min, the flow can reach 510~850m³/h, the head is between 25.2~68.5m, and the power is from 41.5~186KW. We can adjust the frequency to change the flow and head to achieve our actual working conditions and meet our work needs.

Compared with the traditional pump, the permanent magnet pump can maintain efficient operation in the range of 25.2~68.5m head, and the shaft power decreases with the change of speed, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.

The permanent magnet variable frequency motor consumes less copper because of its short iron core. When working, the copper loss and iron consumption are relatively small, and the temperature rise is low (usually 10~15 ° C lower than the motor with the same power). When working, the rotor and spindle temperature of the motor are low, the copper wire insulation aging is slow, and the bearing grease loss is slow, which improves the service life of the pump.

The permanent magnet motor is operated by frequency converter and can be controlled remotely. In the motor overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, three-phase unbalance, lack of phase, short circuit, motor overheating and other faults, the frequency converter detection fault time is shorter, more sensitive, can effectively protect the motor.
